We offer several different urine tests. You’ll be able to choose from:
Positive results can take six days or more to receive, and these tests can detect illegal and prescription medication.
Each panel is a drug category. We also offer a variety of Lab based urine testing.
Instant Urine Drug Tests are up to 99% accurate. All instant results should be called “Negative” or “Non-Negative”. A result should not be called “Positive” until the sample has been sent for lab confirmation testing.
Urine Lab Based Tests can take 6+ business days for positive results because of confirmation testing and MRO review. Always ask the drug test collector how long the results should take.
Since urine drug testing does not distinguish between drugs of abuse and certain medications, some positive results may require a Medical Review Officer (MRO) to determine if the results were caused due to a valid prescribed medication. Confirmation testing typically adds another 1 to 3 business days and the MRO review can add another 1 or 2 business days before the final results become available.
This process guards against a positive result due to a valid prescription
(“false positive”). An MRO will only review lab-based tests.
